It's because of the franchisees like that all the brand suffers the degradation of its image, horrible phone reception, unpleasant boss, fortunately pizzas are good but it's thanks to the domino's recipe and not to the bad management.
service is fast, prices are correct, mad Tuesdays and crazy Thursdays are very appreciable, pizza are very good and there is a multiple quality certification in the store
