Ionela is the top pizza maker at this restaurant, but I had a disappointing experience this past Sunday. I placed a large order over the phone, only to arrive at the store and find out it had not been made. I had to reorder and wait an additional 45 minutes. Julia, I believe her name was, tried to explain the situation, but as a regular customer and former employee who knows the staff, I was disappointed to not have my order prepared as expected. Just a letdown.
Dear store manager, please commend your team on making the large Veggie Supreme pizza. Today it was wonderful and delivered promptly. The driver was friendly and courteous too. Made my day after a long, busy day at work, I too work in hospitality and know how it all works. 5 stars!!
It had been a while since I last had pizza from Domino's, probably around 2 years. They were offering a 50% discount for downloading their app and getting a limited-time offer. We ordered 2 pizzas, the Veg Sizzler and Veg Supreme, both from the gluten-free menu.
