Don Betos Tacos - Table reservation

After waiting for my 3 hard shell tacos in the drive thru for over 15 minutes because they offer was ready but they forgot about it and it sat, the tacos were soggy and fell apart. I went in the restaurant to explain to the manager and told him I just wanted my money back and he replied no that he would cook me 3 more tacos. I said no thanks I'm just going to go elsewhere and then he explained that he didn't have a key to the register so therefore he couldn't give me my money back. I explained that I would wait until the next transaction with the register and when it opened he could then obtain my refund of $6.89. Very dissatisfied found 2 baby roaches in my rice they got upset when I said out loud there was roaches in my food I told them that I did not want anything else so they wrote on the bottom of my receipt not to come back I asked them way are thay getting upset with me because I found roaches in my food and now you're gonna tell me that my business was no longer won't at this restaurant and write on the bottom of my receipt not to come back

I have eaten here for a few years and now the cheese sauce is as thin as milk, not even stay on a chip. I will also quite often pick up well no longer they began to calculate a dollar to go fees, what for them do not have to wait my table to clean my teller? byebye

eating was really good. we did the chicken and tacos teller through the journey through. they only came with chips and salsa, but it was enough food.

I enjoyed my lunch, I got the steak-fajitas. also nice service. my only critique is that they need a little more taste.
