Picked up a carryout order here for dinner on a Thursday night. It was early and they were not busy. We ordered a 1/4 chicken with dark meat and two sides, chicken fried rice, and a chicken bowl. The order was prepared fresh. There were three people working and all three worked on our order. It was ready very quickly. All three dishes were delicious. The chicken was moist and flavorful. The presentation was amazing. The food all looked like the pictures. They run a happy hour promotion so we received the 1/4 chicken at half price. I had a terrible experience at this restaurant with a coworker. I ordered a quarter of chicken and a couple of sides, and my coworker did the same. Once we received our food and sat down to eat, we noticed that something smelled off—almost rancid—and the taste was equally bad. We couldn't finish our meals and ended up leaving. I won’t be returning for food around here again. It's been a week, and I can’t stop being sick; I’m pretty sure it was that chicken. What a disappointment!
I asked the staff why my order was so small, explaining that the amount I received seemed meant for one person rather than two. I requested a refund, as I didn't want to keep the food unless it was prepared correctly. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with was unhelpful and told me there was nothing she could do. I ended up leaving without food or my money, and to make matters worse, she seemed to laugh as I walked away. I felt completely taken advantage of.

Pretty decent Peruvian chicken and a regular go to for a quick dinner. People working there are friendly and helpful. Most of the time I've been there after 7:30 and they're pretty slow. Only recommendation I have is to improve their yellow sauce and have something similar to Super chicken in Tysons.
Don Pollo of Vienna continues to serve excellent Peruvian cuisine from its roasted chicken to their very flavorful, cooked to order Lomo Saltado a great source of some of Peru's best well known dishes.
The Aguadito soup had a wonderful flavor, showcasing the fresh, simple ingredients used. However, the staff was neither friendly nor appreciative of the customers.
The best Pollo A La Brasa sauce in Northern Virginia—always consistently delicious! The Jalea is also an excellent choice when dining at this restaurant!
