During our second to last visit, I enjoyed one of the best burritos I’ve ever had. The Fajita Burrito was stuffed with all the delicious elements of beef and chicken fajitas, featuring fresh peppers and onions, red sauce, cheese, and sour cream, topped off with some fresh pico de gallo. I even jokingly called it a "football-sized burrito!" We also tried the queso blanco with fresh chips. While the table salsa was a bit bland, we spiced it up by adding some hot sauce. My wife had enjoyed fresh guacamole last time, and this visit she opted for the á la carte chicken enchilada, which was also very tasty. I highly recommend this spot!
If I could give a negative rating, I definitely would. I went to lunch with a classmate from LCCC, and we were horrified to see a cockroach crawling across the wall of our booth. I've never been so disgusted in my life. We immediately got up and informed the people nearby, prompting them to leave as well. We told the server that we wouldn't be paying since we had just received our food and barely taken a bite. It was absolutely disgusting. We didn’t take any photos because we were literally running out of there.
Recently, after being unwell and not visiting for a while, I decided to go back for dinner yesterday and was taken aback by the experience. They now have robots serving as waiters, which felt incredibly awkward and made me uncomfortable. I honestly don’t think I’ll return again. It’s alarming to think that robots are starting to replace human jobs in the restaurant industry. If this trend continues, what will happen to the people who rely on these positions? It’s just overwhelming and quite frankly, crazy!
This is a great Mexican food restaurant. I was bummed they did not have horchata on the menu. I did ask he went to check but said they were out so I'm hoping that means they do make it now and then. I ordered the chicken fajitas and was surprised the veggies included broccoli. Definitely not a bad thing at all just different than the normal fajitas I'm used to. My friend got the super nachos and she loved them. We also ordered quest to share and it was great! Perfect amount of creamy! Book a table now
First, the good: friendly staff, lively atmosphere, solid drink menu, and large servings The bad: real Mexican food should have some heat. The salsa tasted like puréed tomatoes. The ugly: food was bland and heavily sauced. Everything tasted like a Taco Bell version of the real thing from the tamales, hard tacos (no option for soft), burritos, and enchiladas. Goya sells better rice beans! Verdict: a puddle of water in a culinary desert
Wonderful service. They made us feel like we were part of the family. The food is always great here. We visit often. They have tried to make an outdoor seating area but it still needs a bit more done to make it feel welcoming. For now we continue to sit inside. That's where all the fun is anyways!
