I visited this restaurant for the first time and I won't be returning. The staff member with blond hair was quite rude and could use some retraining. When I asked for help, she simply said, "What do you want?" After we placed our order, she told us we needed to leave and come back through the drive-thru, and she said it in a very impolite way.
I've been to this Donatos Pizza location twice, and both times the employees at the window were unexpectedly rude. We never asked for anything special or complained; we were just there to pick up our pizza. It's unclear why the staff behaves this way, but they could definitely improve by hiring people who genuinely enjoy their work.
This is the best pizza I've had in a long time! The thicker crust is perfect, and you can really taste the freshness of the toppings. Every single bite is packed with flavor. Other places could definitely learn from this one. Also, Alex is an exceptional delivery driver with a fantastic sense of humor!
Hands down the best pizza I could ask for. I’m pretty picky, so I always stick to the thin crust pepperoni, and it never disappoints. Just make sure to have plenty of napkins on hand! Book a table now
