Food was ok I ordered online went through the drive thru and no one was there. Waited. Waited. Car pulls up behind me. Still no one. I pull around and the store is locked with a sign saying to go through the drive thru. ? I get back in the car and go back to the drive thru and see the car that was behind me getting their food and leaving. Frustrating for sure. Especially since I used to be an assistant general manager for a successful donatos location.
It was a long day at Gencon and I was craving some pizza. I really enjoyed the pizza. It was great. I had a meat lovers and everything was done great. My son got a super cheese and he claims it was amazing, thought it would not be my first choice. We also got the cheese bread and that was good as well. If I had one complaint is that it does feel a bit over priced. Overall, I wanted pizza and this filled that craving.
RUN RUN RUN!!!! Stay away from this location. If I could give them minus/ZERO stars I would.This location should be ashamed of themselves. The manager Regina is rude and perhaps she should be a driver instead of a manager. This location will cancel your order that you placed online, keep your TIP and then lie AND accuse you of not placing the order online. Very unprofessional and lacks integrity and professionalism.
Just walked in the staff said, it never fails! I said, do you not want people here? They said they were going to close. It 's 2:30pm. I said, well I certainly don 't want to spend money where you don 't want to provide service. I would definitely recommend a different location. Book a table now
If you eat here you need to have your head examined worthless people not washing their hands not preparing meals properly don't care about the guests worst place I've been to ever in my life fire the manager hire somebody with commercial customer mindset
Ordered at the window with no option to go inside. Wait is 10 minutes, so you pull over to allow others to order. Sat in a line for 35 mins, they can't find my order. I'm told to pull around. 12 mins later , I'm serve cold food.
Pizza was cold and pizza was delivered like it had been shaken and bread sticks very hard. Would not order from this location

The pizza was great, fast and tasty. Service was fast. Portions high. Will be back.
