Wir waren bereits zwei Mal im Donauhof und haben gut gegessen. Zu Essen haben wir als Vorspeise Miesmuscheln in Weinsoße bestellt. Als Hauptspeise gab's Pizza und Seeteufel mit Cocktailtomaten, Kapern und Oliven. Der Seeteufel war ausgezeichnet die dazu servierten Erbsen waren etwas verrunzelt. Pizza war sehr gut. Die Speisekarte generell ist so groß, dass ich persönlich ewig brauche um eine Speise auszuwählen. Wer gerne italienisch, Fisch und Meeresfrüchte isst, wird dort sicher fündig. Auf alle Fälle ist der Donauhof einen Besuch wert.
the afternoon after a hard day of the bike landed there. had filled the ricotta with spinach and loved it. the portion size was not excessively large, but nevertheless reasonable. the restaurant is located directly on the donauufer and the terrace has an undeveloped view of the river. in any case this place would recommend that the staff was helpful and pleasant, price was appropriate, about 14 euro for a good meal.
I am never disappointed. The food goes from really good to way too delicious. The service is friendly, some of them keep talking Italian which I find charming. The terrace is really nice with the view to the Danube and in winter you can also see the river from inside. You can walk around a bit in Ottensheim after eating, is a cute old town, or by the river.
Ich verstehe viele Rezensionen nicht: wir waren und sind vor allem in den Monaten April bis Oktober häufig hier und wurden nie enttäuscht. Sicher wartet man manchmal ein wenig, aber das Personal war zu uns immer freundlich und verbindlich, das Essen tadellos, egal of Pasta, Pizza, Fisch oder eine Vor- oder Nachspeise.

The food is excellent, The location is beautiful, just near the ferry with a nice view on the Danube. But the service is not good. The staff does not speak very well german, or any other language. The way they handle reservations and seating is...not very charming.
Wir waren in einer größeren Gruppe, 17 Personen. Das Essen kam trotz vollem Lokal relativ schnell und war sehr gut (Tunfischsteak .Das original italienische Personal ist extrem freundlich, in Summe also ein wirklich netter Besuch in schöner Umgebung.
Sehr schöne Lage, direkt an der Donaufähre! Den bestellten Kaffee habts aber vergessen, egal Es ist überhaupt ein netter Ort, den man echt mal besuchen sollte Es gibt auch eine stündliche Bootsverbindung nach Linz!
We stopped at the Ristorante Danubio whilst biking along the Danube. It was, by far, the best meal we had in Austria. The melon wrapped prosciutto was fantastic, and the pasta was excellent!

Nach einer Motorrad Runde auf eine Pizza und leckere Nudeln eingekehrt. Die beste pizza die ich seit langem gegessen habe. Komme sicher wieder. Nettes Personal. Super Ausblick auf die Donau
