fantastic bar and terrace especially for people watching, right at the main square of the tower. some big salsa and rumba music, fantastic service from the waiters and the prizes, relatiw to other bars on the same strip behind the wall, were a fraction of the price they would pay anywhere else. I highly recommend this place for a few drinks.
