Very bad customer service from the owners I made a claim for a sausage with a lot of sauce it was something exaggerated inedible my son did not want to eat them and the owner sends me to talk to the chef what horror perhaps the owner of the business should not respond anyway They gave me solotion.. I asked for an American dog and nothing to do with the presence of two thousand dogs on the street.. the hamburger as if it were an arepa stuffed with gravel and cheese, you have to eat it in pieces, there is no way to eat it the way you eat a hamburger. we were with my family yesterday and we were all intoxicated. (and we are not humans) it seems that the potato is fried again or the oil is very burnt. complain should be healed as it seems from some commentary that they do not care. very bad.
I love the room, they have biosafety protocols, and eating is great, highly recommended. there is already service at the place.
