Very disappointed with customer service! I believe it’s under new management as I am a regular customer, I placed my usual order special and the girl who took my order obviously didn’t placed it correctly on system as when my son picked up for me and brought home it was a totally different order and when I called the store to address the problem they did nothing to compensate but wanted me to go back and pay more for another pizza and I said my kids were hungry and I’m not going to pay more money for what their mistake! We always get excellent service on the phone when placing an order. The order taker is friendly, clear and concise. The food arrives within the time quoted and luckily, we have always ordered and had our food arrive while it’s still piping hot. It tastes great, and the pizza crust is so good dipped in ranch. The wings are delicious, )we choose extra crispy). Sometimes we get the bleu cheese. The pizza toppings are plentiful and the pizza is perfectly cooked. The delivery drivers have all been so nice. According to them they are under new management, and they completely got my order wrong, new management has no management skills or customer service we were regular and I’m definitely not going to order from them anymore, Brothers pizza on 75 Cactus family owned has better deals and best customer service.
Tried this place for the first time for a quick bite to eat and was blown away. The antipasta salad was FRESH. Pizza was absolutely delicious! Looking forward to trying all the different menu items. This place is under new management avoid the hustle, they definitely don’t have people skills or management skills when they get your order wrong spend your money somewhere else
