Donut King - Table reservation

The customer service at this restaurant was extremely rude. The staff member made my drink incorrectly and then proceeded to verbally abuse me when asked to remake it. I even felt humiliated as he shouted at me in front of other customers for no apparent reason. To make matters worse, he and a female co-worker were speaking in another language, likely saying offensive things about me. They should only speak English when serving customers. It seems that the problem lies with the owners, who appear to be Asian and treat customers poorly. The staff members seem to lack proper training and follow outdated practices. The donuts are fresh (apologies for the spelling of donut!) and you will find an excellent selection here. The custard ones are simply 'yum'! You can also have hot cinnamon donuts - usually two for one. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Do make this part of your shopping trip - you will not be disappointed. They also do coffees and donuts To Go.

I usually grab a cappu and 2 cinnamons. Small cap $4 something, large $5.20 ish inc. the doughies. Good price, fresh donuts. Generally happy staff. There is just in this small section another 3 places to get coffee(nut place, cheesecake and new coffee place), so good competition makes for good coffee and prices for consumers.

Excellent coffee donuts and toasties reasonable prices and very clean well presented store with helpful staff
