The Korean Beef Barbacoa tacos at Dos Santos in Colorado Springs are the best tacos I've ever tasted! I enjoyed them two days in a row—once for dinner and then for lunch the next day—while vacationing in Colorado Springs last week. They are packed with flavor and have just the right amount of spice. The taco shells tasted homemade. The chips and salsa flight, featuring four different salsas, was also excellent, along with the Basil Limeade cocktail. Everything felt incredibly fresh. Dos Santos offers plenty of casual outdoor seating and has a lively atmosphere on a summer evening.
This restaurant has a lively atmosphere and stylish decor, giving it a distinctly modern feel. The tacos are quite gourmet, and the prices mirror that trend. However, I found the portion sizes a bit lacking for the cost. While the food was enjoyable, the service could have been more attentive; we had to ask multiple times for water refills, and there was a mix-up with the beer orders for some members of our group. Still, we managed to find a table for five, and the festive ambiance really lifted everyone's spirits.
This place is DELICIOUS! Wonderful open and industrial concept with great artistry. The menu is decently sized for both food and beverage choices. Even though the price seems a little on the high end for as small as the tacos are, I will definitely be backfor the flavors I experienced. The mushroom taco is probably my favorite! The restaurant is located near other eclectic foodoptions. There are street parking options (paid) and a small lot next door that is free.
This restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere, primarily filled with young professionals. As a family of six, we stood out as the minority. I enjoyed the tacos, which were quite flavorful, and the margaritas were enjoyable as well. I deducted a star because the salsas weren't great and I found the prices to be a bit high. Despite that, I would definitely return—though I would skip the salsa flight next time. Book a table now
The atmosphere was fantastic! We sampled the salsa flight, and the middle two salsas were the standout favorites. They certainly don’t hold back on the taco fillings! The shrimp taco was battered, but it was a bit too doughy—almost mushy. However, the chicken and ahi tacos were excellent! I ordered the bowl and loved dipping chips into it; it was so tasty!
The best tacos and margaritas in town! While it can get a bit pricey if you indulge in more than two drinks, it's absolutely worth it. The restaurant is clean, inviting, and has a fun atmosphere. Everything is perfectly arranged. This is definitely a must-visit for lunch, dinner, or a date night!
Great atmosphere, super friendly and nice staff, unique twists on popular cocktails, and most importantly absolutely delicious food. First week in the USA and spending an evening there felt like one of my best decisions. Do check it out.Food: 5/5
Fist time eating here last night. Food was delicious! Tuna tacos were by far my favorite, my boyfriend loved the steak ones. Great flavors, great atmosphere good music. Staff was extremely kind as well. Will definitely be coming back. Book a table now
Definitely a hot spot in Colorado Springs! The tacos are awesome! My wife and I each ordered a Barbacoa taco and one other one. The Barbacoas were so good we came back the next night for four more! Highly recommended
