I recently visited this restaurant and was blown away by the quality of the coffee, pies, and biscuits. However, the standout for me was definitely the burgers. They were the best I've had in a long time - delicious and perfectly cooked to my liking. This has become my go-to spot for lunch or dinner whenever I am in town. I only wish I lived closer so I could visit more often. And to top it off, my wife thoroughly enjoyed her apple pie dessert, noting that the apples were crisp and flavorful. Overall, this restaurant continues to impress with its excellent food and service.
The food at this restaurant is delicious. I had a dinner salad with grilled chicken and my husband tried the scrambler. However, it is the desserts that really stood out and deserve a 5-star rating. My husband enjoyed the peach pie (even though I don't like peaches, this pie was exceptional) and I tried the blackberry cheesecake, which was hands down the best thing I have ever eaten. If you visit this restaurant, be sure to try the desserts as they are incredibly fresh and tasty. Additionally, the staff was very friendly.
Although the restaurant had limited seating, we were pleased that we stayed for the food. I ordered "The Haystack", which consisted of a savory biscuit topped with hashbrowns and gravy, and it was all perfect, especially the biscuit. The staff were helpful, friendly, and seemed happy to be working there. I am excited to try their pie next time!
This little place is awesome. I just landed from California and I wish we had cool little spots like this. I messed up and got Starbucks before I went there for breakfast and wish I could have tried one of their extensive varieties of coffee! We got a sausage and bacon breakfast biscuit and they were bomb. Highly recommended! Book a table now
Great family owned cozy restaurant. They make sure you feel very welcome. They make from scratch biscuits every morning and so many different types. They are delicious! Their breakfasts are great. Thick farm cut bacon, omelets, coffees, lattes, and biscuits and gravy! Must stop in if you haven't yet!
I visited Double Barrel for work and enjoyed a fantastic breakfast. The cookies were homemade and absolutely delicious, definitely 5 stars! The coffee was also top-notch. Overall, it was a beautiful breakfast experience, locally managed.
The haystack was amazing. I keep looking for reasons to stop by so I can order it again. I thought I could do a full order and I could barely eat a half order. Pretty busy place but overall service was great!
Biscuits were good but gravy was kinda bland. Not Only that but nobody was wearing a mask. Last time I had a burger which was DELICIOUS. Overall good place to eat def will come back Book a table now
Great food and great service. Delivery uses the taxi service which is faster then any other delivery service. My food arrives hot!!!
