I had a truly disappointing experience at this restaurant. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just a one-time occurrence; I've visited three times, and each visit has been equally disappointing. While the food is acceptable, I've certainly had better elsewhere. The overall atmosphere of the place is quite poor, and the staff is often rude. During one of my phone calls to the restaurant, I was yelled at, which felt very unprofessional. I can't help but feel that there may be some bias at play, as I've noticed they treat certain customers much better. Each time I've visited or made an inquiry, it's resulted in a negative experience.

The bbq chicken hawaiian is a chicken teriyaki and the beef is shaved beef and full of fats more onions than beef, chicken tempura is the same as sweet and sour chicken minus the sauce.
I was served the wrong broth and didn't receive any chopsticks to eat with. The bubble tea was just okay, but the ramen was really delicious.
The food was delicious, and I felt completely satisfied after enjoying such a generous portion.
