had a what began as a nice experience to a terrible, a personal was nice at the arrival in my room and bad was not cleaned blood in the inner edge of the toilet seat tissue had not been changed. was offered another bed room with a rollaway bed in comparison to the two bed rooms I originally had to, then said that they did not have any available and that they would get a maintenance person to clean bathroom. So I went with the lobby bad hour later maintenance came and cleaned bathroom took pictures and said he would send it to housekeeping supervisor. 8:30 a.m. was greeted by a housekeeper who had her own access to my room after the door lock was up and I screamed that I was here and she went...
When we got to the hotel we were told it was a no pet hotel. But online it said it accepted pets. My husband was told that if complaints were made about our dog that we would have to leave even in the middle of the night. So we didn't sleep well worried if our dog would bark at people walking by.The beds were not secure. I sat down on the bed and the head of the bed almost lifted off the floor.It was 2 adults and 2 pre-teens in the room and only enough towel sets for 2.The fridge had some dark substance in it, I was afraid to put our Thanksgiving leftovers in there, I just let it go to waste.We didn't bother to wait until check out time. My wife and I stayed at this hotel for one night. The lobby was impressive, and it was clear that the hotel often hosts meetings, parties, and events. The hotel was impeccably clean thanks to their attentive staff. Our room was sparkling clean and equipped with a nice TV. We appreciated the mini fridge in our room, which kept our drinks and leftover food cool. The pool was a perfect temperature and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable. Despite its proximity to I-294, the building was soundproofed, so we couldn't hear any highway noise. There was ample parking in a well-lit lot. As locals, this was a relaxing night away for us, and we will definitely be returning.
Very very very disappointed.I’ve been staying in this hotel at least 10 times and almost always everything was okay until today.After coming back this evening (8pm) to my room I noticed there was not a cleaning service at all,no clean towels or nothing so I went to front desk.Employee answer was you need to request the service (showed me the paper that no one gave me when I checked in and honestly she didn’t even feel sorry.She said it’s since COVID you have to request the cleaning services but I was here last year 2020 and that wasn’t a rule.Seriously this is so so disappointing. Union booked a convention room and members decided after the meeting to hang at the bar. Bartender was Very Rude!! Told one member that she was loud and to calm down ?? Drinks were substandard& Bartender was unengaging. Member tried to buy others a drink& bartender wanted them to close their tab in order to receive cocktails from others. This guy was clearly not wanting us there. He walked away from bar and started eating in front of us while we waited for him. He was awful& unprofessional. Will report to Union staff to no longer book with this company!!
Serious customer service! a star is much too generous for this place. I wish I could give zero stars. the night ladder is full of speeches. Repeatedly kept me that the customer service is not his job, his main task is engineering. customer service staff select who are subject to rules and are urinated on their own faust about what is permissible and what is not. if they expect from this location to perform the level of the service of the doubletree brand, they will be very disappointed.
Staff was very short with us, but seemed to treat other patrons better than us. The rooms were great, but there was no free onsite water besides the water fountain by their conference area. No complementary water. Water that was in the room was around 5 or 2 dollars unless you were some premium member.
Great place to stay! Customer Service was exceptional, and the Staff were Great! The rooms are clean, and the hotel is very well maintained. They give you $12 a day credit to be used in the restaurant on whatever you choose. A+ Book a table now
Several signs were posted throughout the hotel asking guests and staff to wear a mask. Throughout our stay we saw about half the people we saw just not wearing a mask, the hotel staff included.
