Exceptional pizza. Quality, hand made and perfectly cooked. We were fortunate enough to spend the weekend in Castleton and stumbled across Dough Truck Pizza. Wow wow! Best pizza this side of Italy hands down (including all the pizzerias in London). Sally was a joy to deal with and can’t wait to go back!
authentic 12” delicious wood fired pizzas. I had the meridio (w) £10. service was timely and we didn't have long to wait. the menu includes the possibility to have milk or vegan cheese. my only negative point was that my pizza was not as crispy as I like. maybe a minute would have done the job.
Best pizza outside Naples. Adam and the team are also top class in terms of customer service.
