This an awesome and friendly place to be and dine. The food is delicious and is homemade as can be. It's got a nice country/southern energy and layout to match the food. Our server was amazing and had a beautiful accent ?? this place has southern hospitality and small town charm all over it. Everybody in this quaint little town seems to be friendly, The owner is so nice too, I would come back here if I could just to visit her and eat some of her excellent food. Thank you for everything.
This place was very accommodating and friendly! My family and I recently went to Camden for a funeral and showed up at this diner, as a group of 25 we sure did surprise them but none the less they made sure to fit us all in! The food was really good and the service was amazing even down to remember who had what foods and drinks. I'm very pleased with our experience at Downhome restaurant and can't wait to come on back!

Very friendly and fast most of the time. Not a fast food restaurant so sometimes it gets crowded and you have to wait a while but it’s well worth the wait and the food is delicious
