I chose one of the suggestions of the day (inspired by a previous reader review). The resto is sympa, one friendly waiter, and one chef who knows what he is doing and is creative. The interior is contemporary and agreeable. The dish they served to me was magnificent. A wow reflex. If you are ever stuck in Bordeaux airport area and you can appreciate extraordinary cuisine (and affordable) just go there. You can reach it using bus nmbr 1. Genuine Japanese is not only subtle on the palette but also beautiful for the eyes to behold. It is delicate and refined dining. This restaurant's food is neither of those things. It is like a blodge of food on your plate, enormous and with no attention to detail. The taste is the same - like a bad suburban Chinese restaurant! Stodgy and oversalted

for a family meal on the inch a noon, we ate hardly correctly. Indeed and for food, the rice of sushi was not held and thus they were crushed, some almost empty makis of filling and caramel pork really too fat.For the rest, very limited cleanness with a marked and sticky table and a poorly isolated room (cold).Last point. tr not accepted.
Excellent Japanese restaurant in the Bordeaux region, if not the best! The service and atmosphere are really very pleasant. Special mention for the boss: The musical jam at the end of the evening is worth all the digestives in the world Of course we will come back.
A little marvel! Behind this neighborhood restaurant that doesn't look like much lies refined and tasty cuisine, thanks to a generous and meticulous chef. It's worth the miles to try these delicious dishes!! The octopus is simply the best I have ever eaten.
We were friendly welcomed. Our starters were sushi's OK, but not good or great. After was rds we had a big lobster. Very dry not good. Table next us had small well cooked lobster.
