I have been here a few times now. 1) they do not take coupons 2) I got a crispy chicken sandwich which was soggy and inside was brown, like it had been sitting under the heat lamps for too long, I took it in and they made me a fresh one 3) I went again and ordered a crispy chicken sandwich, I was at the window and saw the cook take a plate out of the fridge with something round and fried, turn around and put it in the deep fryer. It was only later that I realized that it must have been my crispy chicken sandwich (double fried). When I got the sandwich I couldn't bite through it, I had to use a steak knife to cut it and could barely chew it, I finally threw it out. There was no one behind me...

It might be alright for ice cream, but I would not recommend ordering their burgers, fries, etc. This was my second time ordering a chicken burger, and both times I received a burger that had been sitting under the heat lamp for too long, resulting in brown meat, wilted lettuce, and boiling hot temperatures. I decided not to take the risk and threw it away. The french fries were also soggy, wilted, and clearly old. Overall, the food was disgusting. For the price, I would suggest going to Tim Hortons or Subway for fresher options. Alternatively, you could try Western Pizza, Boston Pizza, or Ice House for a better dining experience.

The Emerald Park Dairy Queen is conveniently located on a busy corner, making it easy to access. The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and organized in a way that allows for quick entry and exit, as well as accommodating larger groups. The service is consistently friendly and fast, which is always a positive experience. I typically choose to pick up novelties when I visit. While the drive-thru window appears to be efficient, I personally prefer to go inside for counter service.

We got coupons so thought we would give it a try, ordered the two can dine for $13.99 so called chicken strips, which turned out to be 3 npopcorn chicken with a handful of french fries. Then we asked for two drinks, if you order the regular basket you pay 99 cents for a drink but because this was a coupon the drinks were $3.33 each for a medium soft drink. So $13.99 $6.66 for drinks $20.65. This place just continues to rip people off. Go somewhere else.
