the glazed salad was delicious, but the sushi has not convinced. tastefully rather moderate and fresh, the processed thunfish did not work either. at sushi they trust in fresh products. that was not the case here.

at the sushi the rice was not at all seasoned. when we communicated this by phone, we only got as a response that he has been “burdened” for years. we never order here again.

The best value sushi I have had in a while. For the price, I don't think there is better sushi in Potsdam or nearby.
