The staff are friendly and the restaurant looks clean. But the food leaves something to be desired. Mediocre at best. It's not that it's bad, it's just nothing really good. It is loaded with msg and even with that, it needs some spice. You can ask for no msg but you must then rely on soy sauce. They have a very mediocre buffet on the weekend. Found most of the meats on here to be very fatty. Therefore we left a lot of waste after our first bites and finding it so fatty and unable to eat it. Dessert consisted of frozen cream pie. If you are use to good Chinese or authentic, I wouldn't go here. Definitely stay away from the buffet.
My husband and I went there for the lunch special. Pick 3 items out of 10 with won ton soup & a drink for $9.95. Soup was excellent! We both had the chicken fried rice and my husband also had the chicken chow mein. Between the 3 dishes of "chicken" there were a total of 3 pieces smaller than a quarter. We mentioned this to our waitress..who was excellent!!... And she told us that they cook the noodles in chicken broth and the cook is skimpy on the lunch special. Maybe it would have been different if we ordered separate dishes.
Gotta start by saying that I got the best deep fried prawns I've ever had! They had quite a bit of batter but were they ever crunchy (not soggy or greasy) and super tasty! The lemon chicken was different but in a really good way. It breaded and pan fried instead of battered and deep fried. The sauce was tangy and lemony not just sweet and yellow like most places. The BBQ pork was good in the chop suey but the portion was great! It could have been a meal all on its own! Definitely will be going back!
Went for dinner here. Waited a long time for a server to come. She put the menus on the table and left without asking us about drinks. Took a long time for her to come back and take the order. Took order also for drinks. Food showed up, without drinks. She never came back to check on us. A friendly fellow (the owner?) showed up to take the empty plates and give us the bill. Food was lukewarm. Book a table now
In most chinese restaurants, their egg rolls are small, bland, and uninteresting. The Egg Rolls at this restaurant are definitely a cut above the rest. They have a nice batter and are very flavourful. The service is also very helpful, very small-town like. Overall I would say this restaurant is doing somethings right.
Place looked busy when we drove by. Ordered combo for takeout. Huge portion of flavorless 'food'. Everything tastes bland, with no flavor at all. Just left us feeling like 'yuck' but late on a Sunday night not many options.
They provided a catered lunch for a retirement function I attendedThe meal consisted of enchiladas, tamales, fajitas and rice and beans.

MIXED THOUGHTS__Walked in and no one would greet or seat for about 10 minuteseven though plenty of tables.
