We visited this 'gastropub' as close to our hotel. Menu looked good. We didn't get a pleasant reception when we arrived, male servers very offhand, no appendices we would have left. But it was our last night and we wanted to enjoy a quiet... common meal. We ordered a main dish pasta for me and my husband ordered chicken with wild garlic and rice. When our meals arrived, they were almost thrown on us and the different male server hurried. My husband realized it was the wrong meal. He went to the bar to tell them, and the server said, "Would you eat this meal?" And seemed upset when my husband said: No, it wasn't what he ordered. No apology... we waited and waited... finally I had to eat my pa...

popped into this restaurant accidentally as a few places i would use were closed on that day. menu long and chaotisch, typical for wiener beer restaurant may be. ordered pasta with chantarelle mushrooms from their seasonal offering. usually season menus are great and tasty, but...not here. what i received was overboiled cheap pasta, cheap sauce from supermarket halved in water and mushrooms taste was akin from canned variety food, and to make it worse their cook added cheapo black pepper which killed this dish totally. service was average two, waiter indifferent to his job, if you ask him for recommendation be sure he would recommend you most expensive dish. and prices also not that cheap fo...

At the first impressions it seemed to be a traditional Austrian bar/restaurant, which was what we were looking for and we were certainly not disappointed. No pre-book. They are welcome and sit with amazing service from the owner who seems to manage all in front of... house roles. The atmosphere was relaxed and intimate. Our host was brilliant and thoughtful. At first we noticed that the decor is traditional, with touches of flowers on the table and subtle lighting. The owner of the house, in fact we did not have enough of the language, offered its best dishes that were a wonderful surprise and delicious. The price is reasonable, great atmosphere in a real local venue in Vienna. Book a table now

Some friends who live nearby recommend it to us and it was one of our best choices in Austria. The snoring was huge and very tasty. Gordon Blue was also very delicious. The potato salad was the best in Austria. We had dinner with the same dishes in many other Austrian restaurants, some of them very well advertised, but we only enjoyed food and beer in three. The outside is nothing special, but it is full of locals and the place is very Cody. The interior is typical and cozy. Very local. If you are in Vienna and want good food at good prices, don't miss it.

We had gulash soup and asparagus soup for starters, schnitzel and tafelspitz for main. All were very tasty and reasonably priced. All the above and two beers for approx €40. Waiter was friendly and helpful since no English menu available. Location is not very central...but it was close to our hotel. Overall nice place.

We enjoyed our meal at Restaurant Dreier. The waiter was really nice and welcoming (he even knows few words in our native language). We ordered Wienerschnitzel with Potatosalat, Rindsgulasch with dumplings and 2 beer (on photos) and paid approx. €27. We recommend Dreier...if you would like to taste Austrian cuisine. The venue offers a nice outdoor seating. Thanks to the trees there are plenty of shadow areas. The guests were mostly locals. Staff was very friendly and obliging. I ordered an Onion Soup and the "Steirischer Backhendl Salad". The soup was very delicious. Also the salad tasted very good.
