We dined here while staying at the hotel, and from the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that nothing was too much trouble. There were four of us for dinner, and we began with cocktails and beers, all of which were great. We ordered the chicken dish, which was excellent, and the salmon dish was also very tasty. However, the standout was definitely the gnocchi, served with a rich tomato and vegetable sauce—absolutely delicious! We were so satisfied that we couldn't manage dessert, but we left feeling very content.
Had ze best breakfast here ordered a Breakfast hamper and it was delish! Bacon (ham off the bone) with warm camembert on sourdough, yummy granola with grated apple, almond croissant with a great coffee... sooo good. The restaurant is modern and chic. Staff are amazing. This is a fantastic spot for dinner and drinks with a view of the Nerang River. The food is excellent, and the staff is friendly. More people should discover this place! However, they should consider hiring more staff, as they seem to struggle a bit with the crowd. Despite that, it's still a wonderful place to enjoy a meal.
I recently tried the fish of the day along with an espresso martini, and it was amazing! The barramundi skin was the crispiest I've ever experienced, and the cauliflower purée had a magical quality to it that left me guessing about the ingredients.
