My partner and I attended this restaurant last month and were looking forward to good food having read various reviews on Tripadvisor. However, we were extremely disappointed on the quality of food served to us. A small overpriced portion of foie gras was served along...with a bread roll suitably hard enough to be fired from a cannon. My partner had a starter of salmon served with little care and attention. Most restaurants in the area close after and opens again for dinner. We were in the area around having biked from Strasbourg and were feeling particularly hungry. We were worried that the restaurant might not accept guests after a certain time (kitchen closed...from experience) so were pleasantly surprised that they not only accepted us but continued to service us well past The staff were friendly and made us feel really welcomed. I had cordon bleau with champignon sauce and tiramisu. Both were fantastic! Made the bike trip worth it.
When I travel for business, I love to explore the local cuisine of the area where I am. A personal rule that I therefore follow, is that I never eat at the same restaurant twice. For D'Stall, I made an exception! I was overwhelmed by...the tasty salad and the wonderfully prepared main dish. I wanted to come back to taste other things that were on the menu, so I did. Also the second visit was a party for my mouth. Really excellent food at very reasonable prices. Defenitely worth visiting, I will go back ofter for sure!
Our receptionist told us about this place and we're so glad she did! We sat on the terrace which I recommend if weather permits. Service was outstanding and the beef with Parisienne butter was excellent. My husband had the cordon bleu with mushroom sauce and...the d'stall potatoes- everything was delicious. We started with the beef carpaccio which I highly recommend. All in all, a must- eat when in this sleepy French town.

I visited this very nice restaurant during a work related stay in Molsheim. After a few days of visiting different restaurants for dinner, i stumbled upon this jewel! Beautiful location in a narrow alley, with cosy interior, and very friendly staff and superb food. I...highly recommend a visit. I will absolutely go here again. Thanks for the great dinner experience
After I had never written a review, I felt now moving to write one! had simply a fantastic dinner in D’Stall after a chance recommended in a hotel lobby. eating was amazing, nutritional needs with friendly service and an amazing atmosphere. a visit if they are ever in molsheim.
this restaurant was fantastic. eating was really good, especially the potatoes. friendly staff and a separate English menu to boot. we're coming back!
