The limits of the compatibility of a highly animated atmosphere at times with the tasting of refined dishes can be quite problematic for some of the clients educated in the principles of kaiseki and umami...
Nautic is a very pleasant lounge bar restaurant on the banks of the Tarn. The restaurant and bar are very well separated. The restaurant is delicious, top service, beautiful map, dishes sought after with a beautiful presentation. Excellent value for money with a flat dessert menu at 32 euros. Magnificent terrace by the Tarn. Large parking lot to park! The lounge bar is an ideal place to drink a drink, celebrate a start, a birthday, organize an evening.
Lovely meal on the terrace surrounded by silent lightening. The food was very good but our evening was made by our waitress who commenced by addressing the table of eight Australians with the fact she spoke no English. And then had fun with us, and Google translate, proving that language is no barrier to communication and enjoyment. I hope her boss appreciates her as we did.
