I appreciated the setting of the place, the atmosphere of the customers towards the staff, a well-known address in Fribourg, To have a good time, around several good dishes alone or accompanied! Personally, I also let myself be seduced by their choice of wines accompanied by a good flank steak!
An institution in Fribourg. The entrecôte on a plate is a delight and so is the cordon bleu. Known for its cheese dishes such as fondue. The staff is welcoming and smiling.
As always, you can eat very well here, I highly recommend salmon tartare, but other dishes also taste very good here
