Let's begin with pros : great location less than 5 mins walking distance from the old town, pillows were super comfortable, duvet was as warm as it should be, there was a safety box, an espesso machine and four different coffee capsules in the room. Cons: sink was not clean and cleaning person got in my room while I was sleeping in the morning. This person opened the door and left immediately, it was a terrible emotional experience that really affected me and that's why I am rating the hotel with one star.
That a fantastic hotel location near the center area. Breakfast was good n lot of variety All room are pretty huge clean and tidy Coach parking, hyper market, mini market, restaurants was available surrounding the hotel. Bar, restaurants, vending machine is available at the hotel. That a WiFi free for all guests. Luggage storage is available for hotel guest. Wheelchair accessible to the hotel
The hotel room was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was conveniently located, close to the center and close to all food stores etc. The food in the hotel restaurant and the breakfast was not that good. There are couple of pastry shops around for a better breakfast. Overall satisfactory experience!
Good hotel, excellent breakfast, friendly Staff, perfect location. Not really low rates you are in Switzerland. The best is to book directly at the hotel.
