2B, or not 2B? There is no question!! Exit 2B, for the uninitiated. Duchess is like a blast from the past - a childhood memory. It's the best fast food around, especially the Big D burger with cheese. It's killer! The options are good enough for fast food, and the shakes are delicious. I always go for the vanilla shake. The menu is extensive for a fast food joint, but it's worth exploring because you will be pleasantly surprised. Although the closest location is about three hours away these days, I never pass up the opportunity to indulge in Duchess's offerings.
We dined at the Danbury Duchess for the second time and were impressed. The burgers were tasty, with the added bonus of a vegetarian option. The service was quick, the staff were friendly, and the prices were reasonable.
Friendly service. Dine in is open. They have breakfast and lunch items. Everything is cooked to order and is also fast. They serve your drinks as opposed to before, there are no refills.
Honestly the sweetest staff. Surprisingly good food and value. Ever since moving here, I've probably stopped by once a week or every other.
