As I was happily eating my dumpling to my surprise I found a baby roach in my food, .That means that there's probably a whole family of roaches in their kitchen. I went back for a refund and they immediately gave it to me as they can confirm with their own eyes that it was a roach. So unless you like extra protein (roaches) in your food this is the best place to go. I should have called the health department, but I hope that the owner of this restaurant find this review and takes action.The food is good but the cleanliness of the restaurant is very questionable. I will never be coming back here, and for those who see this be aware.
On Friday night, we waited for about 45 minutes (the restaurant was very busy). Once we were seated, we ordered a variety of dishes to share. The food was delicious, but I'm not sure if it lived up to the hype and long wait. It's definitely a step above most restaurants in Boston, but it felt like something was lacking. I would consider returning if I'm in the area again, but only if the wait time is shorter.
After the north-south flavor of chinatown was closed, my man had no knot, and then he knew that the north-south taste was a sister business here, so he came here. the taste is still the same. the taste has not changed at all! my man said it felt like it was coming back! delicious. we'll come when we have time. dear baby, you can taste this cold nude. it's really delicious! it's delicious anyway.
We came here on the Memorial Day weekend for late lunch(2PM) to try their famous soup dumplings.Street parking is available but tough to find.We were seated promptly, however this place is generally busy and seating is first come first serve basis( no advance reservations).Service staff was friendly, food came in fast and portions are large.Overall a good experience.

I recently had dinner at Dumpling House with a large group and was very impressed. We were seated quickly, despite not having a reservation. They had tons of delicious food at very reasonable prices. The soup dumplings are especially impressive. I was also surprised by the value of the wine list. Overall, this is an excellent spot for Chinese food in Cambridge.
this is a great food spot to come by when they are in the opposite of cambridge! it was quite busy, but the group I was with (8 people) sat fast and visited immediately. service was great, portions were large, and eating was excellent. the suppenknödel, steamed veggie dumplings and general gaos tofu were our favorites!

They serve Disanxian one of my favorite northern Chinese dishes and one that isn't as common in American Chinese restaurants. The soup dumplings were excellent as well. Service was quick and polite.
It's good in your standard Chinese food way, I was expecting more of a dim sum type place. The food was tasty and we finished everything. The atmosphere and service are personality free.
