This restaurant is a family-owned business run by a family from Chengdu, Sichuan, China. They specialize in Sichuan-style cuisine, which is known for its bold flavors and spicy dishes. One must-try dish is their Toasty Sichuan Style Green Beans, which are cooked with peanuts and Sichuan peppercorns that create a mouthwatering experience. Additionally, their version of Suanla Fen (Sour and Hot Glass Noodles), which I stumbled upon at a small noodle stand in Chengdu, is available here under the name Mung Bean.
I have been aware of these restaurants for a few years, but only recently decided to try them out. I wish I had done so sooner. The dumplings and Cha-Jiang noodles were both authentic and delicious. However, the standout dish was the deep-fried spare ribs, which were both tender and flavorful. The Steamed Soup Dumplings were also good, although some of them were already broken in the steamer. I would not recommend the damped dumplings as they had some white stuff on the plate.
Delicious food! Best Tofu I've had in years! Soup Dumplings did not need any sauce, they were excellent. Dan Dan Noodles were a spicy cold/hot flavor that is hard to describe, but great to eat! Shanghai Bok Choy with Garlic Sauce was so good, the sauce was very light. Lili's dumplings, (fried),were worth the visit, but the two of us ordered with leftovers in mind so most of them went home for later. We had more than enough rice and it was also very good.

The food is always fresh at this restaurant. Customers have been coming here for years and the service is consistently quick and the quality of the food never disappoints. The dumplings seem to be freshly made on site and the fried rice is very generous in portion size.
