Food has some authentic flavors and overall simple dishes with a homemade feel but for the first try, it was strong on salt on everything (the soup, the meats). We even asked for the seasoning is strong on the meat because we’re sharing with a child and the server said, yes it’s ok, but it wasn’t really in the end. Not busy during the week and seemingly not much in demand. There’s something to enjoy for everyone on the menu though and it’s a nice cultural variety for people to try. High quality, delicious, and authentic Romanian food. Whenever I visit California, this is a must go for me. Romanian hospitality is like no other, the host makes you feel immediately at home.
