Many staff members made it a point to check in on us during our stay, which really made us feel at home. Matte and Ashley, along with others at the front desk, greeted us with big smiles each time we passed by and always asked about our day. I want to give a special mention to Andrew and Ashley, as they were particularly helpful when we were heading to the Fire the Duck restaurant in the evenings. One afternoon while we were at the pool, Matte even took the time to ask us how our visit was going.

Went to a wedding here outside under the tent. The bar was outside of the tent. The food was ehh, I mean the beef that was for dinner was still mooing with blood running o to my salad. The people destroyed the 500 hundred dollar wedding cake by leaving it out of fridge all day. The cake was melting. There was other people camping there when the wedding was going on just watching us. People that did not come to the wedding were just watching us and walking through the middle of it.There was a guy that came into the wedding crashing it. ? not good but it was a open bar. I could go on with alot more but I won't.
I will never go to this hotel again. the website confirms that it is sea access, but when my family and I went down to the sea this man named bob screamed to all and did not let us go back. he screamed so loud and blunt that my son began to cry because he got so scared. When my man and I came in, we said good morning and the man at the reception, "Speak with her". our family holiday was ruined because of the lack of hospitality and the terrible attitude that everyone has on this site. but I have to say there is a very nice lady there ashley. that's the only good thing about this place.

we spent a beautiful week in juli not the first time in this wonderful resort. all the staff is very pleasant. clean bed linen delivered every morning, firebox in front of cabins and müll took up every morning. call the cynical at night to illuminate a fireplace and a wonderful way to finish your day! beautiful beach area over the street. pool and whirlpool always clean and refreshing. our family is looking forward to enjoying many more holidays in the dunham bay lodge. the 2 bedroom cabins offer our family perfect. thanks matt and staff for another great week!
We are staying at Dunham's Bay Resort and had dinner at the restaurant associated with the hotel. Omgosh it was delicious!!! The drinks made by Jack the bartender were made perfectly. We had the spare ribs that fell off the bone, Bruschetta that was delicious with fresh products, an Asian bowl that was to die for, and Boneless sliced chicken that was absolutely delightful! Everything was really really good. We will be back!! Can't wait to try their Sunday brunch! Hear amazing things about it.
Terrible experience. This hotel is the worst. I strongly advise against staying here. The staff doesn't know how to properly greet their guests. It was a horrible environment overall. The rooms were filthy, and I even found a cockroach in my bed and shower. I can't recommend this place at all. The poor service and conditions ruined my entire week. I will never return.
The cabins are clean. The staff is friendly. The staff takes care to make sure that you're having a good visit if you need anything they are quick to accommodate whatever you need.This is our go to place whenever we're in the area

Absolutely stunning! It’s a peaceful haven with everything we needed for a perfect family getaway. The staff was fantastic, and the facilities were spotless. We will definitely be coming back!
