This is the second time I've requested my coffee with oat milk due to a severe allergy to regular cream and milk, yet they still gave me cream. Additionally, I specifically asked for less ice, but they filled the cup to the top with ice. After removing all the ice, I discovered that there was less than half a cup of coffee in my medium-sized cup. I believe service workers deserve better pay, but the staff here can't even get a simple coffee order right.

SERVICE WAS AWFUL....3 TIMES I TOLD HER MY ORDER AND SHE READ IT BACK, SHE STILL SCREWED UP EVERYTHING IN THE ORDER.
