No matter the time of day, I feel like you'll always be waiting in this drive thru for at least 15 minutes. A couple times, I tried avoiding the line, so I ordered online and went in. Both times that I went in, they hadn't even looked at the online orders yet, so I ended up waiting 15 minutes regardless.I'm sure the employees are trying their best though. It's not their fault that they're understaffed, but this is unfortunately my least favorite location.
Got in the Drive-Thru. Sadly once I was in and I was trapped I spent 38 minutes in the Drive-Thru! I understand they are short staffed but 10 of those minutes were at the window where they forgot to cook our two bacon egg and cheese croissants. When we finally received them they were burnt and tasted horrible. We almost finished our coffees, they gave us first before the sandwiches came out
I visit this restaurant regularly to buy coffee and occasionally eat there. My son really enjoys their regular hot coffee, while I sometimes treat myself to their hazelnut hot or frozen coffee.
I am extremely tired of Dunkin's awful coffee. The coffee is burnt, lacks cream and flavor, if they remember to add it at all, and yet the price continues to rise. Book a table now
because dunkin' donuts go, that's a good choice. it is located in a convenient store at the shell station. I find dunkin' donuts coffee to be a little weak.
10/28/2021 dunkin this dunkin donuts is the best around, they are friendly, fast, accurate and so awesome the ladies who work tomorrow have it.
The staff at this restaurant were incredibly kind and friendly. I was having a rough morning, but their hospitality brightened my day.
