This location is just a 5-minute drive from my home, yet I often find myself making the 35-minute trip to the one near the mall. That really highlights how disappointing this place is. I can consistently expect my order to be wrong. I always ask for cream cheese or butter spread on my bagel, but they always seem to have an excuse for not doing it. They say they can't provide a knife for spreading the butter, or that they only offer small packets, which makes it impossible to spread properly. At every other Dunkin' I've been to, they spread the butter without me having to ask. It really just seems like laziness.
I ordered through the app, but when I got to the restaurant, the woman told me they couldn't make my Coolatta drink because their freezer was broken. Instead, we got the Peach Passion Fruit Refresher, the Strawberry Coconut Refresher, a Caramel Swirl Brown Sugar Cinnamon Iced Latte, and a dozen donuts. Unfortunately, all the drinks tasted like plain milk, and the donuts weren't even the ones I had requested. I feel like I wasted $30.
The restaurant seems to struggle with properly preparing the drink recipes they advertise. Every Coolatta I've tried has been so bitter that it's undrinkable; the taste is quite unpleasant. You can even see from the color of the drink that it's not being made correctly. Management should invest more time in training their staff and providing better leadership. However, I will continue to visit the Barboursville location.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was the worst I've encountered, and the staff were quite rude when I arrived at the drive-thru. I ordered a drink online that was supposed to come with whipped cream and caramel, but it didn't have either. It was my first time trying their food, and I was really let down—the taste was terrible. I took one bite and ended up throwing it away.

I recommend going to the B-ville location or a Starbucks instead. This place is really disappointing. The employees at the drive-thru are extremely rude and seem to get frustrated if you place a mobile order and arrive within the 5 minutes suggested by the app. During my last few visits for a nitro cold brew, the cup was barely full when they handed it to me.
I had an issue at this Dunkin’ before, but the manager reached out to me and replaced my order. I want to express my gratitude for the wonderful coffee and donuts! The peanut butter macchiato is fantastic! Thank you for restoring my faith in this Dunkin’!
The sourdough bread was too dry and crusty, and I ended up removing about half of it. While the donuts were enjoyable, as someone who works in the food service industry, I found the overall experience to be disappointing.
This was the worst fried egg sandwich I've ever had! The only redeeming quality was the sourdough bread; everything else, including the eggs and cheese, was terrible.

I really love this place! The coffee is superb, and the donuts are consistently fresh and tasty. It couldn't be better!
Everything was great, but it's beginning to feel a bit expensive.
