This 5th Avenue location is incredibly unresponsive. I rarely visit because I want to avoid disappointment. To put it bluntly, every time I've been here, I've been ignored and left waiting for at least 20 minutes when trying to place an order inside. Even being the only car in the drive-thru doesn't speed things up, as I still wait over 20 minutes. This is unacceptable. If this location doesn't get some quality control from the corporate office, it may as well be shut down.
The orders are consistently incorrect! This morning, for instance, I ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel but received an everything bagel instead. It seems no one pays attention to the orders and just goes through the motions. This place is incredibly disorganized. They often fail to open on time, likely due to a lack of management, and the service is slow with frequent mistakes on orders. Overall, it's definitely a chaotic restaurant experience!
I had a terrible experience with the customer service at this restaurant; the staff was extremely rude when I pulled up to the drive-thru. I ordered a drink online that was supposed to come with whipped cream and caramel, but it arrived without either of those toppings. This was my first time trying the place, and honestly, the food was really disappointing. I took one bite and ended up throwing it away.
On top of that, the staff seemed clueless about what they were doing. They clearly didn’t know how to make the coffee, and there was no point in having our orders displayed on the screen since they didn’t follow it anyway. This was, by far, the worst experience I've ever had. You won't catch me spending another cent at this place again. It's unfortunate, but it was just awful. Book a table now
Oh my goodness, I stopped here on my way home to North Carolina after a vacation, and I have to say, I had the best sourdough bread with two eggs, bacon, and cheese. It was enough to feed two people, and the eggs were real! I really wish we had a Dunkin' Donuts like this in Statesville, NC!
This Dunkin' is by far the worst I’ve ever visited. The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They won't inform you about any issues until after you've placed your order and are ready to pay. If you can avoid going to this Dunkin', I highly recommend you do.
The service was outstanding! The staff was incredibly friendly, and I didn’t have to wait long for my drinks or food. I would definitely recommend this Dunkin’ over Starbucks!

My Iced Caramel Latte tasted just like milk. There was hardly any espresso, and barely any ice in my drink.
