This location is about the saddest DD within a 5 mile radius. Not convenient at all. I purchase daily from DD and will drive the extra 2 miles to the next location for better EVERYTHING. This location is always out of muffins, or they give you the opposite muffin that you ordered. THE APP LETS YOU PURCHASE ITEMS THAT THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE- Now that's a capability that the Starbucks app has, but not DD. For being a customer for one year now, and I can honestly say, they have had blueberry muffins ONLY ONCE in all my visits. Worse, I'm told each location bakes their own muffins. 79th Archer is Always falling short.... this location needs to STEP UP THEIR GAME.
Coffee tastes watered down.. lates are always way to sweet.. they will give you an automatic stomach ache. They refuse to fix or change their drink or give you your money back. Telling you, you have to buy another drink? the customer gets to waste 6 bucks on something that?s inedible just to spend another 6 bucks on another drink that?s just as bad lol. That?s not even the worst part the workers are pretty bad. Attitudes all the time. Like okay? Don?t like your job go work somewhere else? You can ruin a persons day with one moment?
I went here for breakfast but I ask for Caramel in my coffee they did not add it that?s fine but the problem is when I took the drink I realized and I told the lady at the window and she said it?s in there and it was not. so we also ordered food they told us to pull around for it and they came out and gave us the food but they forgot our hash browns. And we also got grilled cheese it was cold in the middle
New girl is rude and has no customer service skills not even a basic hello, or thank you. Know ppl r desperate for works right now. But when u are hiring people they should have basic natural customer service skills to even qualify for a job u are serving people
