Very terrible place. I ordered a Dunkin Resfresher through the app and when I got to the store, they didn 't have it. They offered me a different item, which I did not want so I requested a refund. The very nasty lady behind the counter denied myrefund request claiming we are not responsible in a rude manner and tone. Her male colleague was in the process of refundingmy money and she stopped him. When I insisted that I wasn 't leaving until I got my refund, he then agreed to call the manager. The manager authorized a refund. Seriously?! I have never heard of a scenario where a customer pays for an item and they don 'thave it but won 't issue a refund. That is consumer fraud and it 's illegal...
Moreover, the employee's unpleasant attitude reflects the poor service I received. This is the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever visited, with unprofessional and disrespectful staff. I will definitely not be returning, and I’m thankful there are other options in my town. This location deserves to be shut down. Please don’t spend your money where you are not respected or valued.
This place is always fantastic with its clean environment and quick service. However, today felt particularly special because of a girl named Cus... I'm really sorry I forgot her name. She attentively listened and executed my order perfectly. I’ve been coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts for a while now.
I ordered a bagel with cream cheese and bacon, but it looked quite disappointing. It had just three pieces of bacon and a really thin layer of cream cheese. I was not impressed with this location.

Location is awesome always clean but the kids behind the counter don't pay attention to simple instructions so make sure your order is correct and they add cream to your decaf caramel latte
This Dunkin' Donuts is outstanding! The staff are extremely friendly, and you can enjoy your meal in a comfortable indoor setting. The food is well-prepared, and the coffee is just right.
Dunkin' Donuts didn't have any doughnuts available! The staff, who looked like kids, mentioned they were closing in a few hours. It was quite amusing!
They always mess up your orders employees need more training on coffee they never get it right.
