I ordered two donuts, they took my money, then told me they didn’t have the donuts. I asked for my refund, they said I have to “do it on my own.” I asked what that meant, the girl said “I don’t know.” I asked for a supervisor, she said “no” and stared at me. I asked for a corporate number, she said “it’s Dunkin Donuts.” When another employee came and said “we don’t know how to do refunds” the girl started laughing at me. Remember back in the 80's when the dunkin donuts actually tasted good and they were fresh made every day in the shop and not trucked in??? I miss the old ways of dunkin donuts.
