I just posted similar review for the other Dunkin that is down the street from this location and it seems like they are owned by the same owner and also seen staff working at both locations sometimes. There's 2 dunkin donuts on Applegarth, They both often try to pass off iced coffee drinks instead of iced espresso drinks. They do this at both locations on more than just a couple of occasions. It takes an extra step to make the iced espresso Drinks, and that's why they do it. Not to mention to keep cost down. Seems like a reflection of the owner. It's annoying because they're both the closest dunkins to me.
