What an adventure at Dunkin' this morning! After our Fajr prayer, we set out early, around 6 AM, hoping to enjoy some fresh donuts. But to our surprise, the place was unexpectedly closed—seems like the concept of "open" is still tricky for some.
This isn't just any Dunkin'; it's the upscale spot where donuts apparently arrive straight from mysterious local warehouses. Gone are the warm, comforting apple cinnamon fritters we loved—now all that’s left are cold, bland rings.
During our visit, we hoped to try the legendary French Curls donut, but found out not every location carries them. Had we known, we’d have skipped the hassle and the awkward jukebox experience inside.

I stopped by Dunkin’ for a dozen donuts and a medium black cold brew. Unfortunately, the cold brew was disappointing — it was watered down, tasted like coffee grounds, and was generally terrible. A cold brew should be dark and strong, but this resembled tea. I also waited nearly 10 minutes inside for my drink because they prioritize the drive-thru, leaving inside customers waiting a long time for just one beverage. Additionally, the cashier said their scanner wasn’t working for my Dunkin app payment and asked me to pay another way, even though I had specifically loaded the app to pay. Overall, the customer service and drink quality were both poor.
I’ve been to this restaurant several times in the morning, and I’ve repeatedly had problems with incorrect orders. The staff appears to have difficulty listening, and the service seems hurried and disorganized. The food quality is subpar as well—I’ve received stale donuts and coffee on multiple occasions. Moreover, their credit card systems frequently go down without any notice. Just last week, a staff member informed me that I couldn’t order 5 munchkins and was required to buy 10 instead. Overall, it feels like they are running a poorly managed cost-cutting operation. I cannot recommend this place.
The food at Dunkin' meets the expectations you would have, and the customer service is usually friendly. Most items on the menu are generally in stock, with only a few occasional shortages.

Every time I visit this restaurant, I consistently receive excellent service from Demi. She remembers my order perfectly, making the experience seamless whenever she's serving me.
I always stop here before work. The lady who is usually there does an excellent job, even when she’s working alone. She's quick and efficient, and the lobby is always clean.
I ordered an extra-large drink, but I was given what looked like a large cup that was only half full. On top of that, I could barely taste the espresso I had paid extra for.
This morning, I ordered a coffee without sugar or sweetener, but they served me one that was loaded with sugar. They can't even get a simple coffee order right.
