What’s the point of telling the drive thru speaker you have a mobile order if you’re going to have to explain it a second time at the window after they demand payment for someone else’s order? I don’t know why this particular Dunkin can’t figure out how to sequence a mobile order into their drive thru… have never had an issue at any other location or with their competitors. In fact, when this location first opened it wasn’t an issue. It’s only this last year or so. Is it a minor thing? Yeah, the first time. Amazing customer service: I’ve been coming here almost every weekday for the past year, and the staff are fantastic. The drive-thru is fast, and the employees remember my order and have it ready, which is a huge help on busy mornings. My order is always made perfectly, too!
I'm not sure what the situation is with Dunkin' Corporate, but I'm certain they know that their cups leak coffee almost every time. Unfortunately, I can't continue to do business with Dunkin' until they fix this problem, so I'll have to find my coffee elsewhere.

This Dunkin Donuts cafe is a very friendly place. Coffee and donuts are made fresh. Place is clean and so are coffee brewers. No bad aftertaste. Servise is excellent and very friendly.

The service at this restaurant is consistently very quick, especially at the drive-thru. The beverages are tasty, and their operating hours are quite convenient.
This DD has the freshest food, the best drinks, and the friendliest servers. Palatine comes in a close second, while Lake Zurich is just alright.
