I experienced the same problem during my visit the previous week as well. When I asked about it, the staff mentioned that it was broken. However, it's been over two weeks since then, and the issue remains unresolved. The owner or manager needs to take this seriously and address the situation. This could lead to more dissatisfied customers and complaints.
