Go here almost every other day, they are all nice. However, they need more help. On the go orders, are swamping walk in customers. I talked to someone about South Burlingtons staffing issue at a different location/ different town and suggested the SB should be allowed to hire more people, they didn't believe that they need more help... Well they do... The SB location getshuge Uber orders in daily, like 20 coffee sometimes, which then backlogs the on the go single coffee orders. This puts in storecustomers last. Which creates a bunch of walk in customers getting antsy in the lobby that didn't know this would happen, asthey confusidly watch patrons stroll in and pick up their coffee. You shoul...
One of the only decent Dunkins around. Ive had nothing but problems with some of the other ones. The staff here are always friendly and quick (with minimal problems! despite being short staffed. I think the other locations have a lot to learn fromthis one.
I am a regular at this Dunkin' donuts and for the past 2 weeks each time I've ordered something from doordash has been completely wrong. I never have a problem when I go in in person but they do not care about their doordash delivery orders.
