I visited the drive-thru and attempted to order food, but they informed me that they were only serving drinks. I was disappointed with this excuse and felt it was poor customer service. I will not be returning to this establishment if they are not willing to provide food simply because they are busy. Anyone looking to eat should go elsewhere instead of Dunkin'.
I waited in line for over 10 minutes at this restaurant. When I finally reached the window, all the workers were busy on their phones and making fun of customers, except for one nice girl who helped me. Don't expect fast service for your coffee at this establishment.
they gave me undercooked bacon on a sandwich and a burnt bagel. luckily we saw the undercooked bacon before it was eaten. probably won’t go here again for food
