I ordered a latte from them, and when I picked it up at the window, I noticed there was a hair on the lid. I handed it back and requested a new one, but they took a minute and returned the same drink without the hair. I saw the whole process from my car since I was parked by the window. When I went inside to complain, they charged me for another latte to get a fresh one. I really wish I had recorded the entire incident.
A trio of kids working at Dunkin' were not only friendly and entertaining but also impressively efficient. One of them, named Mason (or Jesse), handled the register and was a genuinely great guy. They got our orders right—something that can be tricky even for much older staff—and served us quickly. The interior of the place is also quite pleasant!
The staff member at the counter was very indifferent and rude to my daughter. Our food tasted sour and unpleasant, so we had to throw it away. While I generally have good experiences at Dunkin', the Point location was truly disappointing.
I didn't repeat my order three times just for you to overlook it and bring me black coffee instead. Book a table now
