Lately, every Dunkin' Donuts I have visited has been extremely slow. This morning, I was the 6th car in line and it took 12 minutes to get my order. The staff had to ask me to repeat my order as well. It's surprising considering this is a new establishment. I was told they were understaffed at 6:30am. The next day, I noticed 5 out of 6 employee vehicles in the parking lot, but when I pulled up to the window, the person working there still hadn't made my coffee and was serving the person behind me instead. It seems like they are not prioritizing customer service. I will be looking for other options in the future.
EVERY SINGLE TIME I GO TO THIS DUNKIN AND ORDER EGG AND CHEESE WRAPS THEY PUT BACON ON IT. This is without fail at this point and I just drove all the way home just to realize I can’t eat any of this food. I had a frustrating experience at the restaurant. They discarded the stickers from my drinks, which almost caused me to be late for school. The place really needs better management or more attentive staff.
The staff at this restaurant are always friendly, quick, and never mix up my order like other locations often do. This is definitely one of the best Dunkin' Donuts in the area.

Overall, Dunkin Donuts doesn't really impress me. The quality of both their food and coffee has noticeably declined over the years.
