Dunkin' - Table reservation

Poor service and rude associates. I leave right down the street from this location and been going there for about ten years, I was there this Saturday around 1030am and purchased munchkins and a plan bagel with extra butter, when I got home I noticed that I wasn’t given my munchkins, I tried calling but there was no answer, so I went there yesterday and told them, the girl at the order window told me that there was nothing she can do, I told her that I was going to give them a bad review because I wasn’t happy, she told me to go ahead if I wanted..... I live directly from this dunkin and never had any problem with him until the times. I get that they are under servants, but they shouldn't get rid of their things an hour before their closure and they could be more nice to their customers. they also do not know how to make certain things right and are always rude when they try to get it the right way.
