Every day, I visit this Dunkin' Donuts for myself and my coworkers, and this location is my favorite because of the incredible staff. Everyone who works here is fantastic, and even the other customers I meet are great. There are three gentlemen at this location who truly stand out due to their impressive work ethic. I never see them stop moving, except when they are assisting a customer. As soon as you walk in, you're greeted warmly. Even though I don't come to this location every day, they remember my order, which is a nice touch. The place is always spotless, and you’ll never have to stand around...
These guys are great! Customer service extends beyond the call of duty here! The manager did a phenomenal job deescalating a seemingly intoxicated customer that came in this weekend! I watched that customer try and steal a frozen coffee and a sandwich and berate the employees and manager because he didn't want to use his money from his wallet to pay. The intoxicated unruly customer insisted that his phone *magically* would pay despite him not having money on it. I use the dunkin app all the time. Friendly staff, good hot chocolate, and great tasting food! It was still hot when I got home which is better than the one I used to go to in Mokena on Wolf Road
