Rude employees! I had a problem with my drive through order this morning, so I went back inside. I had a question and wanted to exchange a bad drink. The women inside seemed annoyed to even talk to me even though I was kind and polite and there was no oneelse inside, so it's not like I was holding any other customers up. Both women didn't seem to want to take the time tounderstand the problem with the drink, then they kept shaking their head and muttering under their breath. This was not a hardexchange, didn't take much time and was not unreasonable. I have worked a similar job myself so I know what this job is like. I went with my sister who had placed a mobile order ahead and I ordered a chocolate long John and bagel at the drive thru. We waited in line for about 10 min when there was 4 cars in front of us. Once we got to the window to pay they made us pull into aspot when there was only 1 car behind us. We waited again for 15 min until I went inside. Again it wasn?t very busy. I asked ifour orders were ready and the girl frantically made my sisters coffee which took 10 sec lol and the other girl gave me my bag offood. We left and I realized my donut was missing. I used to visit this Dunkin location often when they were across the street. However, I'll never return to this new spot. When I pulled up to the drive-thru, I took a minute or two to log into the Dunkin app to pay for my order. The woman working there actually scolded me for making her and the few cars behind me wait. Who does that to a customer? Do they think those customers are more important than me? If you're looking for good customer service, I recommend avoiding this Dunkin location!
The ONLY reason I've gone to this Dunkin location is because it seemed to be the cleanest one near me. For awhile I was wondering whether or not this location was a new version of an Ed Debevic's restaurant but then I realized, no, they areliterally out of their way rude every single time I come here. I feel like I'm inconveniencing them. Please stop treating yourcustomers so poorly. A good attitude and smile can go a long way.

I was taken aback by some of the negative reviews. I've visited several Dunkin' locations, but this one is my favorite. The coffee and donuts are consistently excellent, and they appear to be a bit cheaper compared to other Dunkin's. While their drive-thru can get busy at times, they manage to move the cars through fairly quickly.

Way overpriced getting to be as bad as Starbucks I think dunking has been going downhill the doughnuts are horrible and they still stick a few day old ones in your order Instead of getting new. There coffee is not as good either ?
Came here for a specific donut. They demanded that I order at the kiosk. The kiosk let me order the donut and took my money. After they had my money, they told me they didn't have the donut. Will not return.

If you go through the drive through, they will make you pull forward and park illegally in a handicap spot even if there is no one behind you.
The Team at this location work hard to help their Drive-thru and In-house customers equally. Lucky to have them for my local store!
